Flag football: ages 5-7
Tackle football divisions for ages 7-13

Cheerleading for ages 5-18 All ages must be as of July 31st of this year.

Equipment: Participants will be issued Helmet, shoulder pads and mouthguards Game Jersey and pants. Participants are responsible for cleats and athletic support.
League play: Teams will play teams withing North Jersey football league against teams from Essex and union counties. Games will be a 7-8 week season from End of August-October. Teams who qualify for playoffs will advance through November with a chance to advance to Nationals in Orlando, FL in December coaches are Heads up tackle football and AEED/CPR certified. All coaches are required for background checks.
